Latitude 23.5° started in 2003 in Sarasota, Florida. Since that time, we have been hand roasting some of the world’s finest coffee for coffee enthusiasts everywhere.

We are also the home of Cinnamon Bay Coffee. Dedicated to maintaining and growing this super-premium brand, we use the same high quality beans, profile roasting technology, and packaging system to continue to deliver a consistently excellent cup.

RoastMaster's Apprentice, Adam Englert, joins our team to assist Chris Keesecker in our growing roasting and packaging operation. Adam spent three years working as a Barista at New Harmony in Clearwater and was trained to roast by Terry Davis from Ambex. Adam roasted coffee for New Harmony for the past two years.

We received Organic USDA Certification from QCS. This means that both the primary roasting facility in Sarasota and the smaller facility in Clearwater are both certified Organic.
