Our coffee is roasted and packaged to order. Orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days of placing the order and payment clearing.

Latitude 23.5 Coffee and Tea has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to privacy. Unless otherwise noted, this privacy statement does not cover our offline data practices.
 
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We use authorize.net to process credit card transactions.
 
Our site registration form requires users to give us contact information (name & email address), financial information (account or credit card number), and demographic information (zip code and state). We use this information from the registration form to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future emails; see the choice/opt-out section below.
 
Please be assured that we never sell, share, or otherwise give out any mail or email addresses to other vendors.
 
If we decide to change our privacy policies, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If, however, we are going to use visitor's personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify visitors by posting a notice on our website for thirty (30) days in advance of such use.

Returns & Replacements
Returns & Replacements: Latitude 23.5 Coffee and Tea strives to maintain our superior quality. If you are unsatisfied with an item received in your order, please contact our Customer Service Department to discuss return or replacement options.
Ordering
We accept most major credit cards through our website, for payment of your order. We accept checks by mail. Please note, your order will ship once the payment is received and has cleared.
 
When placing your order you will be asked to provide us with the information needed to process your order (name, address, email address, etc.).  If you are a new customer, you will be given the opportunity at checkout to register with us.  Registering will allow you to check order status, set up a wish list, save your shopping cart and return at a later time, and more.   If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot your password?" and we will send you an email with instructions for resetting your password.
 
Each time you are billed, an invoice is emailed to the registered email address. To view printable receipts, log into your account à Billing History à View appropriate invoice.
